- Credit card information
- Only tokenized credit card information (encrypted) may be stored on this website. Full customer credit card information is stored with our 3rd party service provider, Authorize.net via secure API. We employee SSL and https functionality to implement 256 bit encryption on our website.
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Internal record keeping.
- We may use the information to improve our products and services.
- We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

We want you to love your home, and to enjoy the spectacular lawn you create from it!
So if it disappoints, we wouldn’t want to keep your money!
Although we would love you to first write to us if we did not serve you properly
as much as both you, and we, expected. With your feedback we will be able to provide
a better service to our other customers.
We know, however, that most people would rather have a successful outcome than a refund,
so instead of reversing the process, we would be more than happy to help you
find a solution to your specific difficulty.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only applicable for membership to our website. You can cancel your membership at ANY TIME by contacting Cindy Beouy at 317-650-1500 or by sending an email to Cindy at cbeuoy@supernovaconsulting.com. Generally, our contracts do not penalize our customers for early cancellation as they may do so at anytime, upon which their recurring billing cycle will be eliminated.
If you believe you have been billed in error after a cancellation, please send your inquiry to cbeuoy@supernovaconsulting.com.
Payment Process
All payments are handled via https secure API with Authorize.net. We use a customer information manager and virtual terminal, as well as a recurring billing program for our members.
All transactions will be processed in US Dollars.
All transactions will be processed in the Business Name: Supernova Consulting, LLC.
We accept the following credit cards:
Some customers may enter into recurring billing agreements according to the client services agreement. These charges will be handled by the third party PCI certified vendor who handles payment processing and customer information management. These charges will be automated via this secure third party process.
All services will be delivered directly to the customer. There are no online direct purchases.
