In a 34-year career at Merrill Lynch, Rob was widely recognized as an innovator and, occasionally, an iconoclast. He put the long-term development of his teams ahead of short-term gains, and those people are now some of the most successful leaders in the company. His former managers are consistently recognized for their accomplishments in developing teams, serving clients, and generating revenue.

Rob is a true servant/leader, and his commitment to the practice is at the center of the Supernova Consulting Group. All net profits generated by the Supernova Consulting Group will be used to fund scholarships and internships for deserving college students. These Knapp Scholars will receive instruction, training, and experiences on the transformative potential of capitalistic success. The goal is to develop a new generation of leaders whose core values include integrity, creativity, character, physical health, and service to others.
