Supernova is five simple principles, each precisely implemented. They are sequenced and then embedded in your culture. They are:
- Segmentation
- Segmentation is the first step in the Supernova journey. For some it's the most difficult. For all, it's essential.
- Organization
- Organization in successful Supernova teams is about clear expectations and tight schedules. Time wasters, like telephone tag, are virtually eliminated.
- Planning
- From where your clients are, the Planning star in Supernova is the most evident and most important. Clients will appreciate (and maybe marvel at) your Organization, but they will trust you and remain loyal because of your Planning.
- Acquisition
- A true Supernova practice is a growing practice. The Acquisition star is continually burning. It feeds off the energy created by the other stars, without diminishing them.
- Leadership
- Every member of the team is a leader within the Leadership star. Supernova creates transparency of roles and responsibilities, and divides leadership among the entire team.
