He has trained over 500 new Advisors including 70 Advisors that achieved $1 million or more in annual sales production; 10 Advisors who achieved $2 million in production; five of Merrill's top 30 Advisors; five who achieved over $4 million in production; and one Advisor who produced $15 million in annual sales, the highest in the nation at Merrill Lynch.

Julie Young brings to Supernova Consulting Group eight years as a life coach and fifteen years experience as a financial advisor. At Merrill Lynch she coached and mentored new FAs which eventually led to her career as a life coach. She has coached many corporate leaders, financial advisors and their teams to improve their performance and enhance the quality of their lives.
